Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Habitflow web and app experiences. By creating an account or using Habitflow, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service and eligibility

Habitflow is a habit-tracking service. You must use the service lawfully and only for your own account. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or misuse APIs and infrastructure.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. If your account uses Google sign-in or password authentication, you are responsible for maintaining secure access to those methods.

3. End-to-end encryption

If you enable end-to-end encryption (E2EE), you are responsible for your passphrase. Habitflow does not store your passphrase and cannot recover encrypted payloads if your passphrase is lost.

4. Free and paid features

Habitflow currently includes a free tier and may offer paid plans. Feature limits and plan structure may change over time with reasonable notice.

If and when paid plans are activated, checkout and merchant-of-record operations are processed by Paddle. Billing, subscription lifecycle, and refund handling are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, security, or product direction. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

Habitflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habitflow disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
