Habit Flow

Terms of Service

Last updated May 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of Habitflow web and app experiences. By creating an account or using Habitflow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service and eligibility

Habitflow is a personal tracking service for habits, activities, and states. The service must be used lawfully and only for one's own account. Unauthorized access, interference with service operations, or misuse of APIs and infrastructure is prohibited.

2. Accounts and security

Habitflow uses Clerk as a third-party identity and authentication provider. By creating or accessing an account, Habitflow, Clerk, and our infrastructure providers (including Convex and Google Firebase) are authorized to process account, session, and habit data needed for sign-in, account recovery, abuse prevention, and security monitoring.

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices and for activity under their account. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact support promptly at [email protected].

Clerk services are also subject to Clerk's legal terms, including Clerk's Privacy Policy.

3. End-to-end encryption

If end-to-end encryption (E2EE) is enabled, the user is responsible for the passphrase. Habitflow does not store passphrases and cannot recover encrypted payloads if a passphrase is lost.

4. Free and paid features

Habitflow includes free and paid plans. Feature limits and plan structure may change over time with reasonable notice.

Paid checkout and merchant-of-record operations are processed by Paddle. Billing, subscription lifecycle, and refund handling are described in the Refund Policy.

5. Availability, changes, and termination

Parts of the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued to improve reliability, security, or product direction. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

Habitflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habitflow disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
